Mystery

Floating water
Feeling what you see
An imprint on memory

Keep feeling:
Sensations forming
An impression,

Keep feeling,
Love means feeling alive
The imprint takes.

The marks are welded and
Scored with emotion,
The flesh seared.

It hurts.
Everything that comes in
Is felt painfully

Lastingly.
These are the times
When we make enormous

Discoveries. When we
Move forward
Immeasurably.

Why so decried
Why so sought after
And so denied, love?
